What kinds of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major credit cards, along with PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and now Amazon Pay. We also offer you the ability to pay for your order over four easy payments, or you can pay over 12 months with Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments (just look for the little ShopPay badge on each product detail page)
Do you charge sales tax?
A. Your State's laws determine whether or not you have to pay sales tax for online purchases. We collect sales tax only if your State requires us to do so.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How much is shipping for each order?
A. On orders totaling less than $49.00, we charge a low flat fee of $7.95 no matter how many items are in your order. If your order total is $49.00 or more, you get Free Standard Shipping with NO hidden fees or strings attached.
Will I get a tracking number after my order is shipped?
A. Absolutely. We will send you a shipping confirmation email, but you can also log into your account here on North Wind Sun's website and find it in your order history.
How soon will you ship my order after I place it?
A. We ship orders Monday through Friday only. Orders placed before 1 pm Central Time on Monday through Friday are typically shipped the same day. For orders placed after 1 pm CST/CDT, we will do our absolute best to ship your order the same day, but it may not ship out until the next business day.
How soon will my order get delivered?
A. Typically 2-3 business days for orders shipped to the Midwest, Northeast, and South, 3-4 days for orders shipped to the Interior Western States (NM, AZ, CO, UT, NV, WY, MT, ID), and 3-5 days for orders shipped to the West Coast States (CA, OR, WA).
Are all of the items on the website actually in stock and ready to ship?
A. Yes they are
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
A. Yes we do. We offer free 30 day returns for all orders to the lower 48 States and DC. We ask that you send the product back in the original packaging, and with all of the original items present. This applies to defective items as well. For this reason, we strongly recommend keeping all of the original packaging for 30 days. *NOTE: Media products (DVDs, SD cards, etc.) are non-returnable if opened
After I send my returned item back to you, when will I get my refund?
A. Once we get it back, your refund will be processed and issued as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 2 business days for this to be completed.
When I opened the box, I found that my item was physically damaged during shipping. What should I do?
A. Reach out to us right away so that we can immediately file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. Please send us at least two photos of the outer shipping box, including one that shows the shipping label with your and our name and address clearly visible, and two photos of the damaged item itself from different angles. This will greatly speed up the process. Next, keep the package all packed up with the shipping label intact, and the carrier will come and pick it up from you. As soon as they do this, we will get a confirmation message from them, and at that point we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement, depending on which one you requested.
